1 kg yogurt
1 / 2 cup of short grain rice
1 / 4 bunch coriander
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons starch
1 / 4 cup water to dissolve the starch
Boil in a cup of water 1 / 2 cup of rice. Then pass the yogurt in a strainer and add to it starch dissolved in a quarter cup of water. Put the yogurt on the heat and stir continuously until boiling. Add the rice to the boiled yogurt and continue to stir. Fry in butter the chopped coriander with tablespoon finely chopped garlic, add salt. Add the coriander to yogurt and stir for three minutes then remove from heat.
Eat with a spoon with green onions as a side.
